Dear Olive,
Welcome to my Blog! Sorry to hear about your Dad. I guess we both miss our Dads but we still have our good memories of them. And that hopefully will stay with us. I'm also visiting NL next month. Looking forward to it actually.

ive been to the netherlands for three times, the first time was when i was 16 years old ,and just because i am still so young i cannot appreciate the historical sites and spots we visited..second time i was a bit older..i was 22 then, and that time i was already a bit appreciative of the things and places i see...what i will miss about netherlands is their beautiful countryside, bami and babi panggang in indonesian restaurants, the cappucinos with my dad in outdoor coffee shops, and most important my fave couch in my dad's flat,i also miss cooking dishes for my dad,the cool breeze of spring and the flowers in keukenhof...and many more memories...
the last time i went to netherlands was in 2003 and even if my dad is no longer there ( he passed away two years ago) i still long to go back there one time just to reminisce good old days and this time i wanna share it with my husband, ive learned to love netherlands and that will remain for the rest of my life.
