Cheese is meant to be eaten on crackers not put in ice cream. The other flavours full of fruits sound quite nice though. My new favorite ice cream is ben and jerrys faily nuts. Totally amazing. A new company has just started close to where I live that do a full range of desert flavoured ice creams. So far I have tried rhubarb and custard, lemon and lime cheese cake, apple crumble and truskish delight. All really good!!! Oh god that doesn’t sound good at all. Why, I grew up eating this Sorbetes flavor! :D I also love the Nangkasoy and Durian flavors. Actually, I love everything with cashew in it. Thanks for sharing this. Now I've read about it, my mind drifts away to the sunnier climes of Asia and Thailand in particular. My choice from your Philippines "lick your lips" ice cream list would be Macapuno. Must admit a cheese ice cream doesn't sound very appealing. I'd be tempted to microwave it add a hotdog and onions and pop it in a cornet. Sorry about that.
